Note on no sweet-n-low and no caffeine: No stomach upset on yesterday's run. No headaches lately.

Note on picture: Some friends who stayed with us last week bought this and put it in our freezer but never ate it. Last night I was looking for food and discovered this. It is only 100 calories per half a cup. Hmm....so I scooped it up. It was fluffy and actually had a rich vanilla home style smell, and home style taste. Definitely different than the Blue Bunny premium vanilla light version, but a very tasty alternative. Now...I wonder if they also make bomb pops.
