Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Today's challenge: Getting in my work-outs, staying on-calorie and hydration

Planned fitness: 4-mile run
No sweet-n-low: Did not have an upset stomach on my run last night. I've been meaning to be at 1 coffee a day this week. Yesterday I about fell asleep in the afternoon, so I had a second coffee. Maybe I just need to incorporate a rest period in the afternoon to get through this "no second coffee" plan.

Note on picture: This chocolate caramel actually looks better than it tasted. It must have been a generic brand of candy because it had that cheap chocolate taste. I estimated it to be about 60 calories.

  1. I know what you mean about the generic chocolate taste. That is a big disappointment. Good luck with the coffee challenge. Sounds like a small rest could help, if you find the time to take a small rest. That could be the tricky part.
