Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Actual fitness: 3 mile lunch run, 2 1/2 run at night, 60 minute bicep and back work-out.


Note on picture: This is what I ate at the buffet on Saturday night. I estimated this plate of food to be about 511 calories. I had some icecream as well for an additional 300 calories.
