Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Actual fitness: 7 mile run

Note on no caffeine and sweet-n-low: Wanted a coffee really bad last night. Had a slight headache this morning. During my run yesterday, had a little stomach upset, but that may be from not having all the food digested.

Note on photo: Well, I finally ate the last of these Reeses Puffs cereal. I hope my husband doesn't buy these anymore. They are way too tempting. In fact, if I don't lose any weight this week it will be the the fault of these Reeses Puffs. They are 120 calories per 3/4 cup.
