Note on no caffeine and no sweet-n-low: Had pretty much no headaches yesterday and no stomach upset on my run.
Note on weight gain: ick! I'm not surprised after overeating last week, but this is also hormone related. It's just annoying because now I'll have to "wait" several days perhaps for the weight to even out again. Just need to make sure I'm eating on-calorie.
Note on picture: I know, not food, but using these shoes to run will allow me to eat "more" food. But aren't they pretty? Asics Gel Nimbus. I also bought a pair of compression socks. I'll let you know how they feel. This is the same kind of pair of shoes that I run in right now.

ReplyDeleteOh do I need some new shoes. Def. let us know about the socks. I've heard different things & have wondered if they were worth buying...ya know, once I'm able to jog for longer than 60 seconds at a time. lol
