Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

A Sunshine SUPER Spectacular...

Hi, my name is Sunshine Mama, and I just lost 14 pounds in 20 weeks...

That was after I had already lost 20 pounds in 10 weeks here...

So, altogether I've lost 34 pounds in 30 weeks.

See what a difference an extra 14 pounds makes?

I lowered my body fat and things look toner.
Push-ups help too. :)
This was probably the most unflattering one of them all.

Maybe just a little higher here.
It was hard to get a secure foot hold in the snow.

Thank you for all of your supportive comments and encouragement.
It really has made all the difference in motivating me to accomplish this transformation. I just really encourage all of you out there to not give up on your dream body. It definitely takes work, but IT CAN BE DONE!!

Now let's have some fun!!!!

How about Valentine's Day?
I'm thinking I'll drop that 15th pound by then...yes, I know I'm getting technical, but it will be such a nice V-Day treat don't you think?

    1. Cardio is a Waste of Time for Fat Loss

      While the mainstream fitness media still insists that aerobic
      exercise is a great way to lose weight, Turbulence Training users
      know that interval training is the better way to burn body fat.

      Still not convinced?

      A recent study published by the North American Association for the
      Study of Obesity, subjects aged 40 to 75 were instructed to do 60
      minutes of aerobic exercise per day for 6 days per week for an
      entire year.

      Given the amount of exercise, you'd expect weight losses of 20, 30
      pounds, or more, right?

      Well, the surprise findings showed the average fat loss for female
      subjects was only 4 pounds for the entire year, while men lost 6.6
      pounds of fat over the year. That's over 300 hours of aerobic
      exercise just to lose a measly 6 pounds of blubber. Not time well
      spent, in my opinion.

      So what's the better way? Stick with Turbulence Training, using
      interval training and strength training to get better bodysculpting
      results. With intervals, you'll achieve more fat burning results in
      less workout time.

      The next time you are out exercising, perform a session of interval
      training. If you are walking or running outside, find an incline
      that can challenge you for 60 seconds, then walk down for 60-120
      seconds, and repeat up to 6 times.

      If you walk or run on a treadmill, adjust the incline or speed to
      safely increase the challenge for 60 seconds, then return to the
      normal pace for 60-120 seconds, and repeat up to 6 times.

      You can also use a rowing machine, bicycle or stationary bike, or
      even an elliptical machine to do intervals.

      But whatever you do, stay away from boring, ineffective cardio
      exercise workouts and stick with Turbulence Training for your fat
      burning program.

  9. Wait a minute! What is going on here. I typed in the address for Sunshine Mama's blog, but that doesn't look like Sunshine Mama! I'm looking for THE Sunshine Mama with the 5 kids? The same woman with the hectic schedule and the hustle and bustle of a family? Did I type wrong here!?

    1st of all, let me pick up my jaw up from the floor when I saw those KILLER arms! Wowza!

    You look so toned and wonderful. I don't even think I know enough positive words to say here. You truly have done great work and I just am so happy for you. You have over came struggles and temptations. You have stood your ground and the results speak volumes!
