Today's challenge: not overeating for Thanksgiving and also squeezing in my run.
actual fitness: 5-mile run in the evening after Thanksgiving dinner and pie.
Note on no sweet-n-low and no caffeine: Had major stomach upset on yesterday's run, but then I had to use the bathroom really bad so...it was probably that.
Note on picture: Had a light lunch today of 1/2 cup of brown rice 85, 1 large egg-70 and 1 large egg white:16, and 1 tsp of Smart Balance light butter:15: 186 Trying to keep my calories low early on so that I can be more liberal with my portions for Thanksgiving dinner this afternoon.
Note on weight loss: Wow. That tilapia must be working!!
