Today's challenge: Got to get in my double work-out tonight.
Actual fitness: I already completed my 3 mile lunch run. Tonight a 2 1/2 mile run, 50 minute chest and triceps workout and 45 minute leg work-out and abdominals.
Note on picture: For fun, my husband will make tiny little pancakes for the kids. He made this last weekend which was so full that I think I might have eaten this. But I'm not completely sure.
