Today's challenge: getting to the gym to do at least an arm work-out. Keeping on-calorie as I will not be doing as much cardio lately because of my knees.
Actual fitness: my bicep and back work-out
Note on picture: I definitely need more salads in my diet. I had this on Saturday night and it tasted great. I think I don't make enough because I'm lazy. I estimated this to be about40 calories.
Note on calories: I had a little problem staying on-calorie today. I've noticed that when I don't run, I tend to want to eat more. I've heard that running actually inhibits appetite somewhat. And, since my knees don't feel pain-free enough to go running, I really need to be aware of this tomorrow.

I'm glad to read that you know when to stop. A slow walk won't be a calorie burning, but will clear the head and not hurt your knee.
