Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

  1. Hydration is always an issue with me. I don't drink enough or forget how many glasses I've consumed.

  2. Blueberries rock!
    I get them fresh when I can but buy a lot of frozen (Trader Joe's has frozen organic ones that are reasonably priced), too.
    Oatmeal, muffins, pancakes (for the kiddos) plus they are terrific stirred into some yogurt (mash them up a little).

    Congrats on hitting your mid-point with success!!

  4. when i wake up in the middle of the night to pee i know i'm doing good on hydration. sometimes i forget to drink enough water in the mornings (before lunch) but lately i have been doing pretty good - can't get enough of some nice cold h20!
