Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Note on picture: I had this to eat last night because I didn't have many calories left on the day to use. It's Maple and Brown Sugar instant oatmeal-160 calories- topped with 1 oz of blueberries-15-, not pictured is 1/4 cup of skim milk 22- for a caloric total of 197.

Added note: Thanks to Actual Scale yesterday for interpreting what Pedro said in his comment to me. And here I thought he was encouraging me on my diet.
