Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Note on Picture: My dad grilled up these burgers last night. They're 4 oz each, 93% lean and 170 calories. Not bad for red meat.


  1. Good luck on the run today. It is hot here too. What kind of abdominal excercises do you do? Do you do your basic crunch? Sit up?
