Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Note on 1st picture: This is my favorite coffee cup with this morning's coffee. I put in 1 tbl of this generic brand powder coffee creamer and a little Sweet-n-Low for only 30 total calories

Note on 2nd picture: Coffee is great for if you're feeling a little tired, but in the end won't work if you just plain need your sleep. This is my 3-year old son asleep on the couch this morning.     i don't think i ever feel the effects of coffee... i definitely didn't this morning but like you said - it won't do much if you just plain need sleep. i think i just plain need some!
