Today's challenge: Keeping to the plan. I'm beginning to think there's something wrong with my scale.
Note on picture: Last night I picked up some Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb flavored spreadable cheese wedges that are only 35 calories a piece. I've never had this before, so I'll have to tell you how they taste. I have Sunshine Meg at http://sunshinemeg.blogspot.com/ to thank for this diet idea.
I will have to pick up some of that cheese at the store later! It looks yummy!! I am still pushing for some before and after photos!
