Note on picture: This looks pretty, but I probably should have eaten something like a latte that only had 120 calories. This bad boy was 370 calories. ouch! Also, I probably should have not put cream cheese on my bagel and saved myself 140 calories there. Oh well, live and learn.
Added note: Can't wait to get on my regular food routine. Oatmeal, here I come!

  1. Oatmeal is always delicious, but something about oatmeal in November just goes well. I've been doing sugar-free brown sugar and cinnamon. It tastes like such a treat. Any thoughts on sugar-free and regular sugar? I feel like sugar-free may be a trick? Perhaps I am a paranoid health girl.

  2. I put a teaspoon of sugar on my oatmeal, but use sweetner in my coffee. I don't think a teaspoon here and there hurts. It tastes especially good on strawberries.
