Today's challenge: Staying on-calorie, I was over on my calories yesterday...I've been wanting to eat more so...need to stay focused.

Note on picture: This was the dessert I shared with my husband on our date last Saturday night. This is a nut bottom, with fudge, caramel, and cheesecake top. I estimated my half to be about 300 calories. And, yes, it tasted wonderful!!!

That picture made my mouth water. I don't know why, but pie crust gets me. I love it! I wish I had that for lunch today instead of my oatmeal and apple. (But when I fit in wedding dress I will be glad I didn't)

ReplyDeletemmmm. i really need to work on reminding myself that "skinny tastes better than _____" (a bag of fritos, a handful of laffy taffys, too many m&m's, a bunch of cookies... all things i keep eating!) argh. way to have the self-control to not wolf down delicious desserts!
