Today's challenge: hydration and keeping on calorie
Actual fitness so far... a 5k race (3.1 miles)
Note on third day of no sweet-n-low: yesterday I didn't really have any queasy stomach, although I did have a slight headache
Note on picture: I've been eating some gum lately, but I think I eat too much and then I get tired of chewing it. So, I may quit. But, it is nice to chew on something sweet for about ten seconds.:)
Note on race: I competed in a 5K race this morning and I will give you all the scoop tomorrow on how it went.

ReplyDeleteYou have a Jimmy Johns?!?!?! Oh Sunshine Mama, let me tell you, in college we lived off of that place. LIVED! They delivered and it was perfection. There is no Jimmie Johns in Maryland that I have found. I haven't thought of that place in a long time. Hope it was good.
I feel the same about gum, once that flavor is gone-bye bye. (sorry I am behind, but I promise I'm still here!)
