Join Me For Another 10 Weeks! This is the first week of ten weeks starting October 22, 2012

Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Six Weeks Of Successful Calorie Counting

Hi everyone!

I'm posting a little late, but that's because I began reading another good Jack Reacher novel today.

I hope everyone's Monday went well.

Today marks my sixth week of counting calories. I have four more weeks about or 29 days until I am due.

Since I've been counting calories I have stopped gaining weight at the insane rate that I had been gaining. I had been gaining between two to two and a half pounds a week. So, not only can I celebrate the fact that I am not carrying twelve additional pounds that I would have probably kept gaining because of bad food choices, but I can celebrate the fact that I feel so awesome.

I am eating clean with no sugar and no flour. I feel healthier because of it. And I feel optimistic about not having a huge amount of weight to lose after the baby is born.

Now, the only thing that is getting bigger is my baby belly. And I must say I am very proud of it. Yesterday I wore a stretchy, long non-maternity sweater that nicely covered my baby bump. My husband told me I looked good and I felt good. (Just wish I had a picture to show you. But I feel like my belly has this nice rounded look.)

On Wednesday, I will get checked out again and I'll find out if my belly has grown any since last Thursday.

I have had some contractions today and this evening, but not as much as I was having last night which makes me think the extra activity yesterday really did get my contractions going last night.

Well, I hope you all have a good day Tuesday!
