Here's A Little Picture

Happy Saturday, everyone!!

I went out last night with Daddy Rainmaker and put together this outfit. I figured this photo would work for you all since I didn't post a 17 week along picture.

Also wanted to welcome a few of you new commenters. Thanks for your input and for visiting.

Today was a lazy day where we all slept in. I did get in a leg workout in the late morning and it felt great. I haven't pulled out that stair stepper that we have in the garage yet to try and get it working. Maybe tomorrow.

Why Should You Listen to Sunshine Mama?

Besides being a diet desperado and gosh how cool does that sound, why should you listen to me?

I'm your typical stay-out-home mom with an astonishing weight loss success rate that continues to get me questions from people who want to know what I do. It's come to my attention that what I do may be less obvious than I first thought it would be. I have the same challenges as anyone else who is trying to lose weight as you will see in my articles, but I've figured out a way to succeed...every single time. I've had four babies in eight years and have had to lose about 40 pounds after each child. I've actually become somewhat of an expert at losing weight. And not just losing it, but looking G-R-E-A-T.
I have a lot to share on the weight loss strategies that I employ, so, as this goes on I will be writing articles to educate you on what I do.
