Join Me For Another 10 Weeks! This is the first week of ten weeks starting October 22, 2012
Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.
OH MY GOODNESS! Look at your babies! They are all looking so much more grown up to me. I can't believe my eyes. Peach Blossom's hair makes him look like a teen! The family looks great Sunshine Mama. These pictures were a treat. Glad to "catch up" and I'm proud of you with all your hard work again. You are inspiring me!
"I refuse to believe that I can't look spectacular."

The Black Vintage Suit
What I want to wear on October 7, 2011...Will I lose enough weight in time?
What's In Your Six Shooter?
Do you have THE calorie counting pocket book edition...in your pocket? Do you have a back-up plan for "the munchies" shortly before dinner is served? Can you tell me your calorie count at any given time throughout the day? Do you know what you weigh...today? Do you know, without a doubt, what you will weigh in 10 weeks?
I do.
Would you like to borrow my six shooter or just get your own?

Are you a lone outlaw in the world of dieting? Are you tired of fad diets, portion control, atkins diet, south beach diet and diets that drain your pocket book without empowering you?
Are you ready for the truth? Calories really do count. Start counting today and witness the results. Twenty pounds in 10 weeks baby... because you took control!!
Diet Desperados
Why Should You Listen to Sunshine Mama?
Besides being a diet desperado and gosh how cool does that sound, why should you listen to me?
I'm your typical stay-out-home mom with an astonishing weight loss success rate that continues to get me questions from people who want to know what I do. It's come to my attention that what I do may be less obvious than I first thought it would be. I have the same challenges as anyone else who is trying to lose weight as you will see in my articles, but I've figured out a way to succeed...every single time. I've had four babies in eight years and have had to lose about 40 pounds after each child. I've actually become somewhat of an expert at losing weight. And not just losing it, but looking G-R-E-A-T.
I have a lot to share on the weight loss strategies that I employ, so, as this goes on I will be writing articles to educate you on what I do.
I started a family blog almost two years ago. I loved it so much that I expanded to a diet blog to share with others what I do to successfully lose weight. I also have a fun little poetry blog. I've been a stay-at-home mom for almost five years and recently gave birth to our sixth child, Mr. Lovely, on November 4, 2010. Previously I wrote and photographed for a weekly newspaper for five years.
I lost 20 pounds in 10 weeks last fall, and then lost another 14 pounds after that. About eight weeks after the birth of our son, I began another ten weeks program to lose 20 pounds. Join me if you are interested in watching it happen.
Desperado, why don't you come to your senses? You been out over-eatin' for so long now Oh, it's a hard thing To take control and stop cheatin' And start counting cal--or--ies If you don't know how Don't you grab that extra helpin' now It'll be on you later You know that holdin' back is always your best bet
Now it seems to me, some fine food Has been set at your table But you only want the food that makes you fat
Desperado, oh, you ain't gettin' no lighter Your pain and your stressers, are not solved with food And control, oh control, well, that's just what you're needin' Restriction is freedom in more ways than you know
Do you cover up in the summer time? Do you wish it'd snow, so your rolls can hide? It's hard to tell your waist-line from your hips You're losing all your confidence Ain't it funny how weight chases that away?
Desperado, why don't you come to your senses? Come down and start loosin' with us today It may be tough, girl, as a diet desperado You better let yourself love you...it's never too late.
