Join Me For Another 10 Weeks! This is the first week of ten weeks starting October 22, 2012

Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Today's challenge: Um...the popcorn. So, I lose a pound and then go eat movie theatre popcorn. Of course those calories are estimates, but I'm probably close if not under the mark. The interesting thing about this blog for me is that every time I eat like a pig...you guys all get to see it. Ha, Ha. Sometimes I want to not post what I eat. Sometimes I want to give up, and maybe not weigh myself every morning. But if I did that, I would be giving up. And I truly believe that the one thing that will really make me succeed is if I don't give up. Even if I eat movie theatre popcorn two Fridays in a row. I need to keep going on and try again. Tomorrow is a new day. So, even though it's hard to admit to you all what I ate, I'm admitting it anyway, and then moving on.
Plus, quite honestly, I doubt I'd be eating quite like the way I've been eating lately if our family hasn't been in vacation mode lately since my husband has been home all week. There is more of this festive carefree atmosphere around here. That's a good thing...but it also seems to make me feel more liberal in my food choices.
Actual fitness: On a positive note, I ran three miles tonight pain free. I haven't ran for four days in a row. We'll see if there is any latent soreness tomorrow. Otherwise if there isn't, I'll maybe try to run four miles and also fit in a second leg work-out for the week.
Note on picture: This is the salad that I put together at the buffet yesterday. I estimated it at 125 calories. That is cantaloupe and honey dew on the side.
