Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Note on picture: Smart Balance Light is a great substitute for butter or other spreads. It's non-hydrogenated and is only 15 calories a tsp. Plus it tastes great!

Challenge for today: Hydration.


  1. Does it really? I have always been a skeptic and may have to try now.

  2. I use this and it is pretty good. Of course, nothing tastes like butter, but this does come pretty close!

  3. I just walked/jogged 4 miles and before I was done, it was raining.....the word for the day, "hydration"...inside or out? I know water is the best diet trick out there, but I always forget to get it in!!!!

  4. I like both. Running in the rain, watching the rain, smelling the rain. I tend to forget to drink water too. That's why I write it down a lot because I don't want my body holding onto water because it's dehydrated. Speaking of water, I think I'll go get a glass of it.
