Just a quick post friends!

I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. Turkey day turned into a little bit of turkey week for me. But the good news is that I have already worked out twice this week and three times last week. So, now I'm trying to reign back in my diet.

I also have exciting news. We will get an ultrasound done this Friday to see baby and find out whether it is a boy or girl.

I will share more when I can. Thank you for reading folks!

Is the baby a boy or girl? Is everything healthy? How are you doing?

Why Should You Listen to Sunshine Mama?

Besides being a diet desperado and gosh how cool does that sound, why should you listen to me?

I'm your typical stay-out-home mom with an astonishing weight loss success rate that continues to get me questions from people who want to know what I do. It's come to my attention that what I do may be less obvious than I first thought it would be. I have the same challenges as anyone else who is trying to lose weight as you will see in my articles, but I've figured out a way to succeed...every single time. I've had four babies in eight years and have had to lose about 40 pounds after each child. I've actually become somewhat of an expert at losing weight. And not just losing it, but looking G-R-E-A-T.
I have a lot to share on the weight loss strategies that I employ, so, as this goes on I will be writing articles to educate you on what I do.
