Hello there!
Good new again. According to the scale I dropped another pound for a total lost of 12.8 pounds.
I completed my week of work-outs except for the ten miler tonight of course.
We only have two more weeks left in August before Labor Day. Can you believe it? I'm thinking about homeschooling the kids starting this coming Monday. I've been cleaning up and organizing the room and the materials and I think I may just launch on Monday.
That way, I'll have a few weeks to get a routine started before all the swimming, flag football, and other activities begin on the day after Labor Day.
I hope you're all doing well and enjoying these last few days of summer.
Have a good weekend!
Sincerely,
Sunshine Mama

Great reading and I will use your blog for inspiration for myself and my investigation into my own weight gain. You look amazing! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI just finished reading your entire pregnancy portion of this blog from week 31 (where I am now) to 5 weeks postpartum. =) SO much of what you wrote, I can relate to for obvious reasons lol, but what really struck a chord in me was your determination (and success!) to continue working out AND also eat clean.
ReplyDeleteI'm totally there too, I'm not doing actual workouts right now but I have once again started incorporating mileage into my days - so far have power walked 4.5 miles in 3 days...working up to more.
The main question I was wondering is, can you tell me how many clean calories you were shooting for to eat during pregnancy? It obviously worked for you -- I was also wondering what your total weight gain was for the pregnancy. I'm at 26 pounds right now and trying not to freak out that I still have 9 more weeks to go, yikes!
AND.....no updates for a whole month? I miss hearing from you!!!! I want to live through you and see how you're able to make a comeback and get your body back...your baby is almost a year old now, right? Sigh...wish I was in your shoes right now...as I was reading about your delivery I started to panic - I HATE that part for obvious reasons. I think it's mostly the unknown: it could go a million different ways EVEN THOUGH I've already had 7 kids and should know by now what's what, ha ha.
Hope to hear from you soon!
I would like to thank you for the efforts you've made in writing this posting. I'm hoping the same very best function from you inside future too.
