You guys are so encouraging to me. Thank you. I only have two minutes before they shut off the computers here, but I really need to tell you about the run I did yesterday when the weather turned into tornado like conditions and it started hailing. Ha! Ha! It was funny. Good stuff. You're comments cheered me up. I will share that story soon. Thanks for hanging in there with me! SM

Why Should You Listen to Sunshine Mama?

Besides being a diet desperado and gosh how cool does that sound, why should you listen to me?

I'm your typical stay-out-home mom with an astonishing weight loss success rate that continues to get me questions from people who want to know what I do. It's come to my attention that what I do may be less obvious than I first thought it would be. I have the same challenges as anyone else who is trying to lose weight as you will see in my articles, but I've figured out a way to succeed...every single time. I've had four babies in eight years and have had to lose about 40 pounds after each child. I've actually become somewhat of an expert at losing weight. And not just losing it, but looking G-R-E-A-T.
I have a lot to share on the weight loss strategies that I employ, so, as this goes on I will be writing articles to educate you on what I do.

Desperado, why don't you come to your senses?
You been out over-eatin' for so long now
Oh, it's a hard thing
To take control and stop cheatin'

If you don't know how

Don't you grab that extra helpin' now
It'll be on you later
You know that holdin' back is always your best bet

Now it seems to me, some fine food
Has been set at your table
But you only want the food that makes you fat

Restriction is freedom in more ways than you know

Do you cover up in the summer time?
Do you wish it'd snow, so your rolls can hide?
It's hard to tell your waist-line from your hips
You're losing all your confidence
Ain't it funny how weight chases that away?

Come down and start loosin' with us today
It may be tough, girl, as a diet desperado
