Join Me For Another 10 Weeks! This is the first week of ten weeks starting October 22, 2012

Hi folks! I'm at it again. I'm going for another 20 pound loss in ten weeks. I've recently had another baby, a little girl, she is now five months old and I'm ready to drop some weight.

Hello! just a quick little hi!

I made it to the gym tonight and last night. I'm in a good mood. I felt strong on both my work-outs and I'm feeling the itch to run. I haven't ran in a more than a week. Since the tornado/hail run. I don't think not running and the tornado run are related. No post traumatic stress disorder there.I actually really enjoyed running in such a fierce storm. It doesn't happen very often and I'm not afraid of rainy runs.

Other than that, I have really been enjoying our almost six month old Morning Glory. I am in love with him. I just started feeding him organic whole grain rice cereal last week and he's doing a good job eating it up. I know... pictures. I will get to that eventually.

I must skeedaddle now.

Keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Sunshine Mama

  1. I can't believe that he is almost 6 months old! I really do not like running in the rain. Sprinkling a little is fine but that is it. So glad to hear from you!

  2. So nice to see you post - and yes, we're starving for baby pictures! Six months have gone by already - now that is hard to believe.

Looking forward to the day when you can spend some more time with us!

  3. Wow, time flies! I bet he is getting so big. I so happy for your family. Be safe as these spring storms pass. It is very scary to see the news of tornadoes and hail. We have been very lucky this spring. I bet you are ready for a warm Wisconsin summer. How is your dad doing? How has he been feeling? How's Daddy Rainmaker? So many questions! I have some bad news - Greg hurt his knee again. We found out today that he will be having surgery again March 27th. He hurt it playing football... again. The doctors do not see a tear, but think he has cartlidge that needs to be cleared out. So this surgery is what they call a scope and should be pretty easy. He will have to give up football for good now, but I will carry on the McNamara name on the field! His birthday is May 29th and little does he know, I've planned a surprise party. I've got his roommate from college coming into to town all the way from Milwaukee. So it will be a low key surprise party now. I'm not canceling it because it could help lift his spirits. He feels very disappointed that he won't be able to do competitive sports.

Other than that, my mom came to visit a few weeks back and it was wonderful. I'm doing great and trucking along like I always do. Hope you are doing good too. Miss you!
