We all have to realize that it doesn&#...Great post. We all have to realize that it doesn't happen over night. It is a constant battle. Doughnuts, cookies, chips, and cakes are here to stay. They won't simply disappear because we are eating healthy. Tiredness, aches, and pains won't disappear just because we need to go to the gym. The odds are stacked high, but with the right attitude mixed with a side of determination - we can all do it. Your post always motivate me and I know you are frustrated with that darn scale. Maybe take a step back from it for 2 days or so. Work your butt off (like you always do) and check back in. Maybe you and your scale need to take a breather - it's like a rocky relationship! Ha!
